The drinks are better than the food, which can be a little pricey, but remember that we are on the best rooftop of one of the most famous hotels in the city. All you have to do is look around.
We recommend always calling ahead to book a table, otherwise you run the risk of waiting for a long time and then perhaps not getting lucky. This place is the definition of elegance and sophistication.

It has a great selection of drinks and food. From cocktails to burgers. Its atmosphere is elegant with a cosmopolitan touch, mainly inside. Being inside doesn’t stop you from enjoying the views.
It has become quite a busy place as it has become fashionable, which has led to slightly higher prices, but in exchange you can enjoy a variety of food and drinks and live DJs from Thursday to Sunday.

Hotel President, Hold u. 3, 1054
On the seventh floor of the President Hotel, located two minutes’ walk from Freedom Square, we find another of the many wonderful gems hidden in the heart of Budapest.
Open in summer to enjoy its famous cocktails, wines and even a barbecue, in winter it does not always keep its doors open. The one thing it has in common at all times of the year is the relaxed, laid-back atmosphere.
That, plus spectacular 360-degree views of Budapest’s grand and majestic buildings such as St. Stephen’s Basilica and the Parliament, all with the Danube in the background. It is captivating.
The décor is simple, with typical dining tables and chairs and some deckchairs, touches of green with some floral decoration and, on occasion, the atmosphere is enlivened by relaxed DJ sets.
Despite being a restaurant, we recommend that you go for the views, the ambience and the drinks, as sometimes the food doesn’t live up to the view. But in reality, few things do.
